Design your personal search page ! Drag the windows around the screen , then resize
them using the bottom- right grey icons until you have the layout you want. Your
design is automatically saved for your next visit !
BevyWindows:
Click one of the arrow buttons next to any search result to open
that link in the right or left Bevywindow right on the search page! You can then
use the Minmax icons
to enlarge the site to full screen or
half screen and minimize it again. The HalfScreen icons give you a better view of
the opened site, while still allowing you to load new search results in the Bevywindow.
You can show or hide both Bevywindows by clicking "show" or "hide"
on the top right side of the screen.
Combo:
Click one of the links on the right side of the page (web, images, etc) to display those search results as well!
In addition, the Combo tab shows you the results of all categories (web, images, etc.) on the
same page. You can move each category window and resize it by using the small grey
icon at the bottom right of the category. You can customize the page to look exactly
how you like it. When you next visit BevyFind, the combo layout will be just the
way you left it.
Categories:
BevyFind allows you to search all categories simultaneously or separately. Use the
searchbox at the top of the page for a simultaneous search, or the searchbox in
each tab to search that category only.
BevyIcons:
Click a BevyIcon
to open a small address bar which allows you to manually enter a url to open in
that BevyWindow.
You can also use the Bevyicons to open links. Drag and drop any link (for FF/Chrome)
onto a Bevyicon, or copy and paste the link (for Internet Explorer) onto the Bevyicon,
and the webpage will automatically open up. You can even open up links from a webpage
located in the other BevyWindow!
ShareIt! Click on any envelope icon (in any tab) to add that search result to your
email. (Coming Soon: Share a search result with your social network!)
